Πολύποδας 4,6 χιλ. ή πάχυνση ενδομητρίου; Χρειάζεται αφαίρεση;

Καλησπέρα σας ! Βρέθηκε ότι έχω έναν πιθανό πολύποδα 4,6 χιλιοστά. Ο κολπικός υπέρηχος έγινε την 13 μέρα του κύκλου! Υπάρχει περίπτωση να είναι πάχυνση του ενδομητρίου και όχι πολύποδας; Θέλει αφαίρεση; Δεν έχω κανένα σύμπτωμα και ο γιατρός μου είπε ότι δεν είναι σίγουρο ότι είναι πολύποδας και να το ξαναδούμε σε δύο περιόδους 6-10 μέρα.
