Γιατί δεν μένω έγκυος μετά από παλίνδρομη κύηση και θεραπείες;
Γεια σας, έμεινα έγκυος ενώ έπαιρνα οζέμπικ δυστυχώς παλίνδρομη. Από τότε δεν μπορώ να μείνω φυσικά πήρα λετροζόλη κλομιφαίνη ovitrel. Έχω πολυκυστικές ξεκίνησα και μετφορμίνη 850. Σπερμοδιάγραμμα καλό. Τι μπορεί να συμβαίνει κ δεν μένω έγκυος; Με το οζέμπικ έμεινα μόνο με δύο φορές π πήρα 0,5 τι πρόβλημα να έχω; 35 ετών όλες οι εξετάσεις βγήκαν καλές αμη 2,5 FSH 7. Αν έχετε συνδρομο πολυκυστικών ωοθηκων θα πρέπει να βεβαιωθείτε οτι έχετ ωορρηξία συστημματικά, ενδεικτικο είναι αν έχετε σταθερο κύκλο. Το πρώτο βήμα αν ο κυκλος δεν είναι σταθερός είναι να ρυθμίσετε το ΒΜΙ σας στα φυσιολογικά επίπεδα εάν δεν είναι και να αρχίσετε σκευάσματα που να περιέχουν Ινοσιτόλη. ¨Επίσης μετά το Ozempic θα πρέπει να περιμένετε 2 μήνες πρίν ξανα προσπαθήσετε γιατί η ασφάλεια του κατα την κύηση δεν είναι ακόμα διαπιστωμέμη. Άν λαμβάνετε θεραπεία για πρόκληση ωορρηξίας θα πρέπει να σας παρακολουθεί κάποιος για να μπορείτε να προγραμματίσετε τις επαφές σας με μεγαλύτερη ακρίβεια.
