Επιπτώσεις της λοίμωξης από Enterococcus Faecalis στη γονιμότητα και θεραπεία
Καλησπέρα σας! Σε προληπτικό έλεγχο σπέρματος του συντρόφου μου λόγω του ότι ξεκινάμε προσπάθειες για εγκυμοσύνη, βρέθηκαν αποικίες enterococcus faecalis χώρος κάποια ανθεκτικότητα. Του δόθηκε οδηγία για θεραπεία 20 ημερών με ciprofloxacine. Το θέμα είναι ότι ο ουρολόγος που είδε, του είπε πως αν δε θεραπευτεί θα οδηγούμαστε σε συνεχείς αποβολές . Να σημειώσω ότι το σπερμοδιαγραμμα τα έδειξε όλα φυσιολογικα εκτός από την κινητικότητα που ήταν στο κατώτερο όριο . Μπορεί να ισχύει αυτό με τις αποβολές ; Ή υπάρχει περίπτωση να μη θεραπευτεί κάποια λοίμωξη ευαίσθητη σε πολλά αντιβιοτικά και να υπάρξει θέμα γονιμότητας που δε θα μπορεί να λυθεί ; Ευχαριστώ.
