Γιατί δεν απορροφήθηκε το υαλουρονικό στα μάγουλα και τι να κάνω;
Γεια σας . Μετά από τρία χρόνια που είχε μπει υαλουρονικό στα μάγουλα (της Restylane) εντοπίστηκε να υπάρχει ακόμα σε μαγνητική που έκανα σπλαχνικού κρανίου. Επειδή μου είχε κάνει ερεθισμό στα νεύρα περίμενα να απορροφηθεί αλλά δυστυχώς δεν έχει φύγει και εξακολουθεί να υπάρχει ερεθισμός των νεύρων, καθώς και ξηρότητα στη μύτη που εμφανίστηκε δύο χρόνια μετά. Για ποιο λόγο δεν έχει απορροφηθεί εκτός από υαλουρονιδάση τι άλλο μπορώ να κάνω? Μπορεί να προκαλεί κάποια αλλεργική ή ανοσολογική αντίδραση σε εμένα αυτό το υλικό? Υπάρχει τρόπος να το διαπιστώσω? Μια σπάνια κατάσταση που μπορεί να εξηγεί το πρόβλημα που έχει δημιουργηθεί, είναι η προΰπαρξη παραρρινικολπιτιδας (μια μορφή της οποίας είναι η ιγμορίτιδα) η οποία σε συνδυασμό με την τοποθέτηση υαλουρονικού μπορεί να κάνει μια χρόνια φλεγμονή στην περιοχή. Δυστυχώς μόνη λύση είναι η έγχυση υαλουρονιδασης και ή χορήγηση ορθής αντιβιοτικής αγωγής.
