Είστε νέος οπότε δικαιολογούνται κάπως με το 1/4 που λαμβάνετε. Να ελέγξετε και το θυρεοειδη και να μειώσετε καφέδες και τσιγάρο εάν καπνίζετε, και να αυξήσετε την άσκηση.
