Είναι οι έκτακτες συστολές μετά από ablation για υπεκοιλιακές ταχυκαρδίες επικίνδυνες;
Γειά σας..!!!!Μετά απο ablation για υπεκοιλιακές ταχυκαρδίες που έκανα πριν 6μήνου ....μου παρουσιάστηκαν έκτακτες συστολές...το πρωτο χόλτερ μετά απο τρεις μήνες έδειξε 43.000 συχνές VPCS με μορφολογία RBBB ...πήρα μισό Emconcor 2,5 mg καθε πρωί για ενα μήνα και το επόμενο χολτερ εδειξε 16.710 εκτακτες κοιλιακές συστολές...τωρα παίρνω το Emconcor μισό και ενα εναλάξ ......Είναι θέμα φαρμακευτικής αγωγής να ρυθμιστει το πρόβλημα ή πρέπει να κάνω κάποιες άλλες εξετάσεις .....[μου είπαν αξονική καρδιάς δεν μπορω να κάνω αν δεν ηρεμίσει η καρδιά..] αυτές οι υπεράρυθμες έκτακτες δεν φθείρουν την καρδιά .. υπαρχει κινδυνος για εμφραγμα ....Eυχαριστώ πολύ για την κατανόηση....
