Ειμαι 40 ετών .παιρνω 1/4 blocatens καθε πρωι λόγω εκτακτων συστολων.καθαρά ολα τριπλεξ και τεστ κοποσεως...σημερα ανεβηκα μια ανηφορα και εφτασα τους 125 παλμους...βέβαια είχα πιει ενα καφέ και ενα τσιπουρο...ειναι φυσιολογικόι οι παλμοι αυτοι;βέβαια οταν σταματησα πηγα καυευθειαν στους 95
