Ανατομική πρόπτωση μιτροειδούς σε 18χρονη γυναίκα με φυσιολογικό τρίπλεξ

Καλησπέρα σας Είμαι 18 ετών γυναίκα αδύνατη και προχθές που εξετάστηκα από καρδιολόγο με τρίπλεξ και ηκγ, μου είπε προφορικά χωρίς να καταγραφεί κάτι στην έκθεση ότι έχω ανατομική πρόπτωση μιτροειδούς, ακούγοντας φύσημα χωρίς να μου συστήνει παρακολούθηση, αναφέροντας ότι δεν είναι πρόβλημα. Η έκθεση του τρίπλεξ ήταν φυσιολογική με φυσ ντόπλερ ταχύτητες και ροές και φυσ δομικές βαλβίδες. Τα τελευταία χρόνια έχω κάνει πολλά τρίπλεξ και κανείς καρδιολόγος δεν ανέφερε κάτι τέτοιο, μόνο στην έκθεση υπήρχε μια ασήμαντη διαφυγή μιτροειδούς. Μήπως μπορεί να με βοηθήσει κάποιος να καταλάβω τι συμβαίνει γιατί διαβάζω και πολλά στο ίντερνετ και τρομοκρατούμαι. Ευχαριστώ.

  • Μην ανησυχείτε, υπάρχει μεγάλη ασάφεια μεταξύ ιατρών και κριτηρίων -ορισμων γύρω από την ανεπάρκεια και πρόπτωση της βαλβίδας. Όπως κ να είναι τα όσα περιγράφετε είναι συμβατά με μια φυσιολογική χωρίς προβλήματα ζωή ( χωρίς νοσηρότητα ή αυξημένο καρδιαγγειακό ρίσκο)
