Χρειάζεται φαρμακευτική αγωγή για TSH 5.73 σε ηλικία 28 ετών χωρίς όζους;
Καλησπέρα σας έκανα εξετάσεις αίματος και ο θυρεοειδής μου η TSH είναι 5.73μIU/ml η ελεύθερη θυροξίνη είναι 1.34 ng/dl η ANTI-Tg είναι 1.3 χρειάζεται να πάρω κάποιο χάπι ή να το αφήσω έτσι είμαι 28 ετών 78 κιλά έχω κάνει πριν 2 χρόνια υπέρηχο δεν έχω όζους ευχαριστώ

Από τις εξετάσεις που παραθέτετε, πρόκειται για υποκλινικό υποθυρεοειδισμό. Συνιστάται εργαστηριακός επανέλεγχος σε 3–6 μήνες και παρακολούθηση από ενδοκρινολόγο, καθώς η ήπια αύξηση της TSH μπορεί πολλές φορές να είναι παροδική. Αν η TSH παραμείνει αυξημένη, αξιολογούμε επιπλέον των αντισωμάτων ANTI-Tg και τα ANTI-TPO, την παρουσία πιθανών συμπτωμάτων υποθυρεοειδισμού, υπερηχογραφικά ευρήματα (π.χ. διόγκωση ή ανομοιογένεια του θυρεοειδούς), και λαμβάνοντας υπόψη την ηλικία και τυχόν συνυπάρχουσες καταστάσεις, αποφασίζουμε για το αν χρειάζεται φαρμακευτική αγωγή.
