TSH 4.880 σε 8χρονο αγόρι: ανησυχία και επανεξέταση σε τρίμηνο;
Καλησπέρα σας..έχω ένα αγοράκι 8 χρονών. Στις εξετάσεις αίματος που του έκανα η TSH του ήταν 4.880. Η παιδίατρος που το παρακολουθεί μου είπε πως δεν είναι ανησυχητικό...απλά να επαναλάβω την εξέταση σε ένα τρίμηνο..θα ήθελα τη γνώμη σας.. ευχαριστώ πολύ εκ των προτέρων.. (το παιδάκι είναι στα ανώτατα όρια και στο βάρος αλλά και στο ύψος του. Οι υπόλοιπες εξετάσεις του ήταν άριστες)

Καλησπέρα σας, είναι πράγματι στα ανώτατα φυσιολογικά όρια η TSH. Στην επαν'αληψη που θα κάνετε θα πρέπει να ζητηθεί ολοκληρωμένος έλεγχος θυρεοειδικών ορμονών καθώς και των αντισωμάτων.

Ναι θέλει επανάληψη η εξέταση. Να συνδυαστεί η επανάληψη με προσδιορισμό αντισωματων έναντι του θυρεοειδή και FT4. Αν οι τιμές δεν είναι εντελώς φυσιολογικές, θα χρειαστεί και υπερηχογράφημα θυρεοειδούς
