Tsh 0,02 και λήψη t4 88: Ποια είναι τα επόμενα βήματα;
Καλησπέρα σας. Έχω tsh 0,02 κ παίρνω t4 των 88. Τι πρέπει να κάνω???

Γεια σας, οποιοσδήποτε χειρισμός για τροποποίηση της δόσης Τ4 που λαμβάνετε πρέπει να γίνεται σε συνάρτηση με την αιτιολογία του υποθυρεοειδισμού. Αν δεν έχετε υποβληθεί σε θυρεοειδεκτομή λόγω καρκίνου του θυρεοειδούς (όπου η καταστολή της TSH είναι σκόπιμη), ή δεν πάσχετε από κεντρικό υποθυρεοειδισμό λόγω υποφυσιακής βλάβης (όπου η TSH παραμένει χαμηλή και η ρύθμιση της δόσης γίνεται με βάση την fT4), τότε η τιμή της TSH υποδηλώνει πιθανή υπερδοσολογία και ενδέχεται να χρειάζεται μείωση της δόσης του Τ4.
