Καλησπερα. Είχα κάνει εξετάσεις και είχε βγει η TSH ανεβασμένη γύρω στο 8 όμως η Τ3 και Τ4 ήταν φυσιολογικές. Μετά από επίσκεψη στον ενδοκρινολόγο αυτό αποδόθηκε κατά κύριο λόγο σε έντονη περίοδο στρες. Μετά από ένα μήνα η TSH έπεσε μόνη της χωρίς αγωγή στο 4.8 όμως για να επανέλθει πλήρως στο φυσιολογικό όριο πήρα για 45 μέρες χάπι euthyrox 25mg. Πριν λίγες μέρες έκανα εξέταση και η ΤSH έπεσε στο 1.015μIU/ml. Θα πρέπει να συνεχίσω το χάπι κανονικά; Ευχαριστώ

Καλησπέρα.Αυτο που αναφέρετε ονομάζεται υποκλινικός υποθυρεοειδισμός.Αν δεν έχετε και συμπτωματα και αναλόγως την ηλικία σας θα μπορούσε να μείνει και χωρίς αγωγή.Καλο θα ήταν να έχουν γίνει και τα αντισώματα,για να μπορούμε να μιλάμε επί θετικών αντισωμάτων για θυρεοειδίτιδα Hashimoto καθώς και ένα υπερηχογράφημα θυρεοειδούς.Αν όμως είστε σε αναπαραγωγική ηλικία και επιθυμείτε κύηση πρέπει να συνεχίσετε το χάπι.Ελπίζω να βοήθησα..
