Η κόρη μου 16 μηνών σε δύο διαδοχικές γενικές εξετάσεις με διαφορά ενός μήνα εμφάνισε αλκαλική φωσφατάση 1000 και 1300 αντίστοιχα. Ο παιδίατρος προτείνει επίσκεψη σε ορθοπεδικό, ο ορθοπεδικός με παραπέμπει σε ενδοκρινολόγο. Πώς να κινηθώ;;

Κατ αρχας υποθετουμε οτι εχουν αποκλειστει αλλες αιτιες αυξησης της αλκαλικης φωσφατασης οπως ηπατικες ή εντερικες παθησεις και γι αυτο σας παραπεμπει σε ορθοπαιδικο ή ενδοκρινολογο.
Ο ορθοπαιδικος θα μπορεσει μονο να εκτιμησει καποιους αδρους δεικτες της σωματικης αναπτυξης και συνεπως δεν ειναι ο πλεον αρμοδιος για τη διερευνηση.
