Θα έπρεπε να αυξήσω τη δόση ηπαρίνης αν είμαι 25, 20 εβδομάδων έγκυος με θρομβοφιλία;
Καλησπέρα! Είμαι 25 ετών και 20 εβδομάδων έγκυος. Πρόσφατα ανακάλυψα ότι έχω θρομβοφιλία και έχω ξεκινήσει innohep 4500. Η εξέταση δραστικότητας anti xa ήταν 0,19. Πιστεύετε ότι θα έπρεπε να κάνω περισσότερες μονάδες ηπαρίνη;
