Εσωτερικό εξόγκωμα στον ορθό: ποιον γιατρό να επισκεφτώ;

Έχω εδώ και μια εβδομάδα ένα εσωτερικό εξόγκωμα σαν ένα μεγάλο σπυράκι πίσω στον ορθό στη δεξιά πλευρά περίπου 2-3 εκατοστά μακριά από τον πρωκτό. Είναι σαν φλέβα που έχει μπλοκάρει. Όταν το πιάνω με πονάει. Σε ποιον γιατρό θα πρέπει να απευθυνθώ?
