Είναι σωστό να συνεχίζω τα αντιπηκτικά μετά από θρόμβωση εν τω βάθει σε πόδι με οικογενειακό ιστορικ

Πριν ενάμιση χρόνο είχα πάθει θρόμβωση εν τω βάθει στο πόδι από φλεβοκαθετήρα....έκανα αντιπηκτική αγωγή (ενέσεις και μετά eliquis) στην τελευταία επίσκεψη ο Αγγειοχειρουργός με είπε να σταματήσω τα αντιπηκτικά....εγώ δεν τα σταμάτησα γιατί είμαι καπνίστρια και έχω οικογενειακό ιστορικό καρδιαγγειακών παθήσεων...είμαι 70 χρόνων και αισθάνομαι ασφάλεια όταν τα παίρνω....είναι σωστό?
