Αντικατάσταση Arixtra με χάπια αντιπηκτικά για επιπολής θρομβοφλεβίτιδα;
Απο καθετηρα στο χερι επαθα επιπολής θρομβοφλεβίτιδα .Μου εδωσαν ενεσεις Arixtra 2 5 για τρεις μηνες .Μπορει να αντικατασταθει με χαπια αντιπηκτικα?

Καλησπέρα σας,
θεωρητικά μπορεί να αντικατασταθεί. Η δοσολογία και το είδος φαρμάκου όμως εξαρτάται από την έκταση της θρομβοφλεβίτιδας όπως αυτή φαίνεται στο triplex και απο την κλινική εικόνα.

Συνηθως η επιπολης θρομβοφλεβιτιδα δεν χρειαζεται αγωγη...καλο θα ειναι να σας δω υπερηχογραφικα ωστε να μην λαβετε χωρις ελεγχο σοβαρα φαρμακα κ για τοσο μακρυ χρονικο διαστημα
