Χαμηλά αιμοπετάλια σε παιδί 4 ετών: Επανάληψη και αιματολόγος;
Καλησπέρα ο γιος μου σχεδόν 4χρ έχει χαμηλά αιμοπετάλια. 30.000 από τον αναλυτή και περίπου 60.000 στο πλακάκι. Η υπόλοιπη γενική αίματος και οι τιμές aptt κ χρόνος προθρομβίνης είναι φυσιολογικά. Κλινικά δεν έχει κάτι πέρα από κάποια σαν εξανθήματα τις τελευταίες ημέρες πίσω από τα γόνατα που όμως κατά καιρούς έβγαζε από μικρός αντίστοιχα. Σε προηγούμενες αιματολογικές ήταν όλα φυσιολογικά. 2 χρόνια πριν περίπου. ο παιδίατρος είπε παρακολούθηση μέχρι να βγει αύριο η επανάληψη στο πλακάκι κ προσοχή να μην χτυπήσει. Ανέφερε για κάποιο αυτοάνοσο μάλλον την ιδιοπαθή θρομβοπενική πορφύρα? Δεν θα ήταν σωστό να τον δει και αιματολόγος?
