Συμβουλές για την καθημερινότητα με αντιφωσφολιπιδικό σύνδρομο και MTHFR;
Ειμαι 39 ετών. Λόγω ενδομητρίωσης ξεκίνησα αντισυλληπτικά. Πριν τελειώσω το 1ο κουτί με έπιασε ένας δυνατος πόνος στο αριστερό πόδι. Ταυτόχρονα είχα υπόταση και τάση λιποθυμίας. Πήγα νοσοκομείο όπου και νοσηλεύτηκα 2 μέρες. Αξονική πνευμόνων, τρίπλεξ φλεβών καθαρά. Η d-dimmers ήταν 1800. Έπεσε στο 700 μετά από 2 αντιπηκτικές. Μια εβδομάδα μετά πήγα πάλι και εκανα την d-dimmers μετά από σύσταση του γιατρού. Πάλι ανεβασμένη 1900. Μου είπαν να πάω σε αιματολόγο. Η διάγνωση είναι Αντιφωσφολιπιδικό σύνδρομο και κληρονομική ετεροζυγωτία MTHFR. Μου έδωσε salispir και φυλλικό οξύ. Θα ήθελα να ρωτήσω τι θα πρέπει να προσέχω στην καθημερινότητα μου. Πχ. Ορθοστασία, κούραση, περπάτημα. Τι με συμβουλεύετε; Ευχαριστώ.
