Μωρό 5 μηνών με μειωμένα ούρα και πορτοκαλί κουκκίδες στην πάνα, τι να κάνω;

Μωρό 5 μηνών που θηλάζει αποκλειστικά, 2 μέρες τώρα έχει 3 βρεγμένες πάνες την ημέρα. Έχω παρατηρήσει μείωση στα ούρα και εμφάνιση πορτοκαλί κουκκίδας στην πάνα στο σημείο των ούρων. Μου είπε παιδίατρος ότι είναι χολικά άλατα. Γενικά είναι ευδιάθετο, έχει σάλια, το χρώμα στο δέρμα είναι σωστό και επαναφέρεται γρήγορα όταν το πιέζεις. Θηλάζει ανά 2-3 ώρες όσο θέλει και για όσο θέλει. Φοβάμαι για αφυδάτωση αλλά η γενική του εικόνα πέραν των μειωμένων ούρων είναι μια χαρά. Πώς πρέπει να κινηθώ; Ευχαριστώ.
