Δεξιό αορτικό τόξο στην 25η εβδομάδα κύησης: Υπάρχει λόγος ανησυχίας;
Καλησπέρα σας είμαι 32 ετών στην 25η εβδομαδα κυησης ,αυχενική 1.7 με ορατό ρινικο οστό κ όλες τις μετρήσεις εντός φυσιολογικων ορίων. Το ίδιο κ στη Β επιπεδου.Σε προληπτικό εμβρυοκαρδιολογικο έλεγχο μας ενημέρωσε η γιατρός ότι το μωράκι μας αντί για αριστερό αορτικο τοξο έχει δεξι κ ότι όταν υπάρχει αυτό χωρίς άλλες ενδείξεις αποτελεί απλά μια παραλλαγή του φυσιολογικού.Μας ενημέρωσε ότι σχετίζεται κ με κάποια σύνδρομα αλλά δεν επέμεινε για αμνιοπαρακεντηση αλλά απλά για παρακολούθηση μετά τη γεννα.Θεωρειτε ότι υπάρχει λόγος ανησυχίας γιατί η αλήθεια είναι ότι δεν θα ήθελα να προβώ σε αμνιο.Ευχαριστω.

Το καλύτερο θα ήταν να κάνετε αμνιοπαρακέντηση για μοριακό καρυότυπο του εμβρύου ώστε να είστε ήσυχοι ότι το έμβρυο δεν έχει κάποιο άλλο πρόβλημα.
