Μέθοδος αντιμετώπισης υπερτροφίας ρινικών κογχών και αλλεργικής ρινίτιδας;
Καλησπέρα! Έχω υπερτροφία κάτω ρινικών κογχών και αλλεργική ρινίτιδα (επίσης εδώ και δύο χρόνια κάνω ανοσοθεραπεία και συνεχίζω). Έχω δυσκολία στην αναπνοή και τα αυτιά μου βουλώνουν έντονα (μετά από εξέταση μου έχουν πει ότι πιθανώς να μην αερίζεται σωστά η ευσταχιανή σάλπιγγα. Ποια μέθοδο θα μου προτείνατε για να απαλλαγώ από αυτό το θέμα; Άλλοι ωρλ μου λένε με λέιζερ, άλλοι κογχοπλαστική, άλλοι συνέχισε συντηρητικά με ρινικές πλύσεις και σπρέι. Τι να ακολουθήσω, μια και δυσκολεύομαι αρκετά τους δύο τελευταίους μήνες στην αναπνοή;

Καλύτερα κογχοπλαστική. Πιθανώς σε συνδυασμό με χειρουργείο ευθειασμου διαφράγματος.
