Ρινικές πλύσεις σε παιδί 5 ετών: Υγρό δεν βγαίνει και ενοχλεί το αυτί, τι να κάνω;

Καλησπέρα σας... Έχω 2 κοριτσάκια 5 χρονων κ τους κάνω ρινικές πλυσεις με ηδική συσκευή του εμπορίου κ φ.ορο. Το ερώτημα είναι στιν μια βγαινει κανονικά από το άλλο ρουθούνι το υγρό ενώ στιν άλλη δεν βγαινει κ δείχνει να την ενοχλεί το αυτί της λίγο οταν το κάνουμε. Είναι κάποιο πρόβλημα αυτό πρέπει να απευθυνθώ σε ειδικό?
