Επιστημονική άποψη για εξετάσεις μετά από εγχείρηση καρδιάς σε 83χρονο;
Καλησπέρα σας! Ο πατέρας μου 83 ετών πριν 2 χρόνια έκανε εγχείρηση ανοιχτής καρδιάς το στέλεχος. Αυτές είναι οι πρόσφατες εξετάσεις του Ουρία 52 Κρεατινίνη 1,5 SGOT 42 SGPT 62 CRP 15 ΤΚΕ 60 Τα υπόλοιπα είναι φυσιολογικά. Ποια είναι η επιστημονική σας άποψη; Ευχαριστώ!

Καλησπέρα σας,χρειάζομαι περαιτέρω εξετάσεις και φυσικά ένα υπέρηχο νεφρού για να σας πω την κατάσταση της νεφρικής λειτουργίας.Όσο αφορά την ΤΚΕ και την CRP είναι δείκτες φλεγμονής ή λοίμωξης είναι υψηλές χρειάζεται περεταίρω ελενχο δυστυχώς από εδώ μέσω της σελίδας δεν δίνατε να γίνει ιατρική εξέταση ούτε να ληφθεί ιστορικό καλό θα ήταν να επισκεφτείτε ενα νεφρολόγο για τους νεφρούς και να σωθούν και οδηγίες για να μην υπάρχει επιδείνωση νεφρικής λειτουργίας .Καλη συνέχεια και ευχαριστώ πολύ
