Είναι επικίνδυνη η αξονική στεφανιογραφία με χρόνια σπειραματονεφρίτιδα;
Θέλω να κάνω αξονική στεφανιογραφία αλλά έχω χρόνια σπειραματονεφρίτιδα χωρίς έκπτωση νεφρικής λειτουργίας είναι πολύ επικίνδυνο? Τι άλλες επιλογές έχω? Ευχαριστώ.

Καλησπέρα σας, λόγω της σπειραματονεφριτιδα υπάρχει κίνδυνος , με κατάλληλη προετοιμασία όμως και παρακολούθηση ίσως μπορείτε να την κάνετε Ο Νεφρολόγος σας μπορεί να δώσει την προετοιμασία για την οποία πρέπει να είναι ενήμερο το κέντρο που θα γίνει η εξέταση θέλει πολύ καλή ενυδάτωση και κάποιο φάρμακο πριν την εξέταση την προηγούμενη μέρα και μετά την εξέταση πάλι πολύ καλή ενυδάτωση.Υπάρχει πρωτόκολλο.
Εναλλακτικά μπορείτε να κάνετε στεφανιογραφία χωρίς σκιαγραφικό.Δεν γνωρίζω όμως αν καλύπτει τις ανάγκες του προβλήματος σας.Όπως και να έχει πρέπει να συνεργαστούν καρδιολόγος και Νεφρολόγος.Καλη επιτυχία και ευχαριστώ πολύ.
