Spastic colitis

Πώς να αντιμετωπίσω τον ισχυρό πόνο στον πρωκτό και τη σπαστική κολίτιδα;

Καλησπέρα σας, εδώ και αρκετά χρόνια με ξυπνούσε ένας πολύ ισχυρός πόνος στον πρωκτό ο οποίος με ένα σπασμοαποτέλεσμα μου περνούσε σε περίπου 20 λεπτά. Μετά από αρκετά χρόνια λοιπόν ο πόνος με πιάνει και την ημέρα με περισσότερη διάρκεια αλλά λιγότερο έντονος. Κάνω κατά καιρούς κολονοσκόπηση η οποίες είναι καθαρές. Παρόλα αυτά δεν μου λέει κάποιος τι μπορώ να κάνω με αυτή τη μορφή πόνου. Σπαστική κολίτιδα μου είπανε και συσπάσεις αλλά το θέμα είναι πως αντιμετωπίζεται? Σας ευχαριστώ εκ των προτέρων.
