Λύσεις για μόνιμες κρίσεις πόνου σε ηλικιωμένη με ιστορικό χειρουργείων;
Καλησπέρα η μητέρα μου 82 ετών παχύσαρκη έχει ιστορικό μεγάλο από μικρή 1 χειρουργείο εγκολπώματα, 2 φορές χειρουργείο για πλέγμα στην κοιλιά (στο τελευταίο το 2018 της έκανε και αφαίρεση χολής) και άλλο ένα χειρουργείο δεν θυμάμαι για τι (Νομίζω διαφραγματοκήλη) Γενικά δεν κινείται πολύ,. μέχρι πέρσι είχε μια δύο κρίσεις το χρόνο εντέρου. Από πέρσι έχει γίνει αφόρητη η κατάσταση πλέον για αυτήν. Έκανε κολονοσκόπηση και βγήκε καθαρή. επίσης είναι δυσκοίλια. Πλέον κάθε μέρα παίρνει duphalac και 3 φορές την ημέρα duspatalin. 3 μέρες χωρίς πόνους 3 μέρες με αφόρητους πόνους.....και αυτό συνέχεια....3 μέρες καλά 3 μέρες με πόνους. Και οι πόνοι ξεκινάνε αμέσως αφότου ενεργηθεί και έτσι αναγκάζεται πολλές φορές και παίρνει buscopan για να της περάσει. Επίσης μερικές φορές με το που τελειώνει το φαγητό αμέσως μετά από μισή ώρα μπορεί να κάνει εμετό. Οι 2 γιατροί που έχει δεν μπορούν να της δώσουν άλλες λύσεις πλέον των φαρμάκων που αναφέρω παραπάνω Υπάρχει καμία λύση για τις μόνιμες κρίσεις πόνου πλέον?
