Ενοχλήσεις αριστερά του αφαλού μετά από αφαίρεση σαλπίγγων και ωοθηκών;

Καλημέρα σας ,είναι ένας μήνας που έχω έναν δεν θα το έλεγα πόνο μια ενόχληση στην αριστερά στο ύψος του αφαλού είναι συνεχής θα έλεγα και η αλήθεια όταν το σκέφτομαι ακόμα περισσότερη.εχω κάνει αφαίρεση σαλπίγγων και ωοθηκών και δεν έχω θέμα δυσκοιλιότητας.ειχα κάνει και μαγνητική κάτω κοιλίας πριν την αφαίρεση και δεν είχε δείξει κάτι .έχω προγραμματίσει υπέρηχο άνω κάτω κοιλίας και έκανα και καλλιέργεια που βγήκε αρνητική.που μπορεί να οφείλεται?
