Υπάρχει πιθανότητα λάθους στις εξετάσεις για ΣΜΝ 54 ημέρες μετά επαφή;
Καλησπερα,έκανα μοριακές εξετάσεις για σμν 54 ημέρες μετά από επαφή με εκδιδόμενη τρανσέξουαλ (παθητικό στοματικό χωρίς προφυλακτικό χωρίς εκσπερμάτωση)με αίμα και ουρά που είχα συλλέξει το απόγευμα αφού είχα κράτησει τα υγρά στην κύστη για 3 ώρες Γονοροια, χλαμύδια,μυκοπλασμα,τριχομοναδες, έρπης,ουρεοπλασμα και hiv dna proviral όλα αρνητικά,μου είπαν ότι δεν χρειάζεται να είναι τα ούρα πρωϊνα αν έχουν κρατηθεί στην κύστη για ώρες, υπάρχει πιθανότητα λάθους διαγνώσης και χρειάζεται να κάνω άλλες εξετάσεις για σμν?ή για hiv να κάνω άλλη εξέταση?δεν υπάρχει έκκριμα από το πέος

Καλημέρα σας. Η στοματική επαφή ενέχει κάποιο ελάχιστο κίνδυνο μετάδοσης hiv (αν το άτομο έχει ανιχνεύσιμο φορτίο). Για τις λοιπές σεξουαλικά μεταδιδόμενες λοιμώξεις (ΣΜΛ) τα μοριακά τεστ πρέπει να λαμβάνονται από την περιοχή που ήρθε σε επαφή με το άλλο άτομο. Άρα αν καταλαβαίνω σωστά θα χρειαστεί να γίνει σε φαρυγγικό δείγμα. Επιπλέον οι όροι τρανσέξουαλ και εκδιδομένη δεν χρησιμοποιούνται πλέον καθώς έχουν αρνητικό πρόσημο (χρησιμοποιείται το τρανς γυναίκα / άνδρας / πρόσωπο και σεξεργάτρια / σεξεργάτης / άτομο που εργάζεται στο σεξ κλπ)
