Καλησπέρα! Είμαι 22 ετών και αφού έκανα μαγνητική τομογραφία μου βρήκαν ότι έχω πυοσαλπιγγα. Μου είπαν πως αυτό οφείλεται σε κάποιο μικρόβιο που εισέβαλε στον οργανισμό μου. Πριν τη διάγνωση είχα κάνει τις κατάλληλες εξετάσεις αίματος και τεστ Παπ και είχαν βγει οκ τα αποτελέσματα. Η γυναικολόγος μου όμως μου είπε πως χρειάζεται καλλιεργεια κόλπου και έτσι και έκανα. Μου είπε πως αυτή τη φλεγμονή στις σάλπιγγες τι προκαλούν συνήθως τα χλαμύδια και το ουρεόπλασμα. Όταν βγήκαν ομως τα αποτελέσματα ήταν αρνητικά σε όλα τα μικρόβια. Υπήρχε περίπτωση η διπλή αντιβίωση που έπαιρνα για μια εβδομάδα να σκότωσε το μικρόβιο ή να υποχώρησε από μόνο του; Επίσης για να αποφύγω το χειρουργείο παίρνω για 30 ημέρες Rulid αντιβίωση και κάθε 7 ημέρες κολπικό υπόθετο lomexin. Τι πιθανότητες υπάρχουν να αποφύγω το χειρουργείο με αυτή τη θεραπεία και αν ακολουθήσει η επέμβαση της αφαίρεσης των σαλπίγγων θα υπάρχουν επιπτώσεις; Ευχαριστώ εκ των προτέρων!
