Είναι νωρίς για διάγνωση HIV ή σύφιλης μετά από 60 ημέρες;
Γεια σας είχα μια ύποπτη επαφή χωρίς προφυλακτικό από το πρωκτό έγινε η επαφή. Συγκεκριμένα έγινε 1/2 μετά από ένα μήνα εμφάνισαν στο πέος μου έλκη δεν έχουνε περάσει ακόμα πήγα σε δερματολόγο μου έδωσε αλοιφή δεν είδα βελτίωση. Πήγα έκανα ανοσολογικές εξετάσεις για ΣΜΝ συγκεκριμένα 6 Απριλίου είχε περάσει ήδη 60 ημέρες από την επαφή την ύποπτη. Όλα ήτανε σχεδόν μηδενικές οι τιμές πολύ χαμηλές οι τιμές από τις τιμές αναφοράς του εργαστηρίου. Υπάρχει περίπτωση να είναι πολύ νωρίς για να εμφανίσω κάποιο αφροδίσιο νόσημα όπως HIV ή σύφιλη? Χρειάζεται να τις επαναλάβω τις εξετάσεις

Καλημέρα σας. Εφόσον δεν έχουν εξαφανιστεί τα έλκη και για να δει ακριβώς τι εξετάσεις έχουν γίνει και αν χρειάζεται να γίνει επιπλέον έλεγχος (ή επανάληψη) καλό θα ήταν να επισκεφτείτε πάλι κάποιο γιατρό που ειδικεύεται σε ΣΜΛ.
