Μπορεί η μαγνητική τομογραφία μέσης να δείξει σκλήρυνση κατά πλάκας;
Καλησπέρα σας, υποφέρω σχεδόν 2 χρόνια με μυρμηγκίαση στα άνω και κάτω άκρα μετά από χημειοθεραπείες λόγω καρκίνου του μαστού. Όταν ενημέρωσα τον ογκολόγο μου για αυτό μου είπε ότι οφείλεται στις θεραπείες και ότι θα υποχωρήσει σταδιακά. Τώρα μετά από τόσο καιρό μου λέει να πάω σε Νευρολόγο τώρα που η κατάστασή μου έχει επιδεινωθεί αρκετά. Πόνους αίσθημα καψίματος στα πόδια μουδιάσματα δεν μπορώ να κοιμηθώ το βράδυ. Κόπωση μεγάλη, πλένω 3 πιάτα και ιδρώνω σαν να έσκαβα όλη μέρα. Δεν μπορώ να περπατήσω δεν μπορώ ούτε στην καρέκλα να κάθομαι πονάνε και η μέση μου σαν να έχω κοπεί στη μέση ένα πράγμα. Έκανα μαγνητική τομογραφία για τη μέση μόνο. Αυτό μου έδωσε η γιατρός, θα φαίνεται με αυτή τη μαγνητική τομογραφία αν έχω σκλήρυνση κατά πλάκας;

Αρχικά θα πρέπει να πάρετε κάποια αγωγή για τα συμπτώματα.
Η μαγνητική ΟΜΣΣ (στη μέση), μπορεί και να μην δείξει αν υπάρχει σκλήρυνση (νομίζω ότι δεν σας την έδωσε να την κάνετε για σκλήρυνση). Υποθέτω ότι κάνατε και ηλεκτρομυογράφημα. Είναι κάπως σύνθετο το πρόβλημά σας, για να μπορώ να σας απαντήσω σε όλα. Καλή συνέχεια!
