Λείπουν 2 κοπτήρες και 2 προγόμφιοι στα μόνιμα δόντια 8χρονης κόρης. Εμφανίζονται αργότερα;
Καλησπέρα σας έχω μια κόρη 8 ετών και μετά από επίσκεψη σε ορθοδοντικό και λήψη πανοραμικής ακτινογραφίας μου είπε ότι λείπουν 2 κοπτήρες και 2 προγόμφιοι από τα μόνιμα δόντια που δεν φαίνονται στην πανοραμική. Υπάρχει περίπτωση να εμφανιστούν αργότερα?

Αν και σπάνιο, υπάρχει περίπτωση οι προγόμφιοι να εμφανιστούν έως τα 12 περίπου. Παρόλα αυτά, η εικόνα που περιγράφετε μάλλον φαίνεται να είναι μια συγγενής έλλειψη μονίμων δοντιών. Οι άνω πλάγιοι και οι κάτω δεύτεροι προγόμφιοι είναι τα δόντια που λείπουν πιο συχνά σε αυτές τις περιπτώσεις, μετά φυσικά από τους φρονιμήτες που είναι τα δόντια που λείπουν συχνότερα από όλα.

Καλημέρα σας, εφόσον πρόκειται για ανοδοντία δυστυχώς δεν θα σχηματιστούν στο μέλλον.
