Έχω σφράγισμα που πονάει και μουδιάζει το ούλο, τι να κάνω;

Έχω ένα σφράγισμα εδώ και χρόνια.. Τώρα με πονάει και χει μουδιασει όλο το ούλο από κάτω.. Τι πρέπει να γίνει; Θα πονέσει αρκετά που τόσο καιρό με πονούσε και θα το φτιάξω τώρα;
