Αφόρητος πόνος στα ούλα 5 μέρες μετά από ένεση: Σπασμένο αγγείο;

Μετά από ένεση στα ούλα μπροστά, έχω αφόρητο συνεχόμενο πόνο. Έχουν περάσει 5 μέρες και ο πόνος δεν φεύγει. Υπάρχει περίπτωση να έχει σπάσει κάποιο αγγείο και πότε και πώς περνάει?
