Ραγάδα και αιμορροΐδες μετά τη γέννα: αντιμετώπιση και θηλασμός
Έχει δύο χρόνια που κατά διαστήματα ταλαιπωρείται με ραγάδα. Όσο ήμουν έγκυος όμως ενώ έπαιρνα μαγνήσιο καθημερινά και σίδηρο είχα πάντα μαλακά κόπρανα και δεν είχα ενοχλήσεις. Τώρα μετά τη γέννα που τα σταμάτησα έχω ραγάδα και αιμορροΐδες και έχουν περάσει 6 μήνες και δεν έχω επανέλθει και έχω έντονο καύσο μετά κάποιες ώρες από την κένωση και όσο στέκομαι όρθια αυτό επιδεινώνεται. Επίσης παρατηρώ ότι κατά διαστήματα με πιάνει δυσκοιλιότητα. Να σημειώσω ότι θηλάζω αποκλειστικά και δεν ξέρω εάν αυτό δυσκολεύει την κατάσταση. Τι να κάνω;
