Ποια αλοιφή να χρησιμοποιήσω για ραγάδα πρωκτού χωρίς πονοκέφαλο;

Καλησπέρα σας είμαι 38 ετών γυναίκα έχω ραγάδα πρωκτού και χρησιμοποίησα δύο φορές την αλοιφή rectogesic 4mg/g όμως μετά από κάθε χρήση με έπιανε πονοκέφαλος έντονος και ταχυκαρδία διάβασα ότι τα συμπτώματα αυτά υπάρχουν και στις παρενέργειες ποια άλλη αλοιφή μπορώ να χρησιμοποιήσω;
