Πτώση PSA μετά ciprixin σε άνδρα 52 ετών με αυξημένο PSA και διογκωμένο προστάτη?

ο σύζυγος 52 ετών χωρι συμπτώματα και ιστορικό κάνει κάθε χρόνο psa και παρατηρήθηκε αύξηση από 1,5 από είχε πριν πέντε μήνες σε 5,68 χωρίς ενόχληση. πήγαμε σε ουρολογο έκανε διακοιλιακο υπέρηχο είδε μικροτιτανωσειε και ασβεστωσεις και διογκωμένο προστατη 35 ml . έδωσε ciprixin για 20 μέρες μετά από 15 μέρες ξανά psa. επίσης είχε αποχή από σεξ και μερική φίμωση . Πιστεύετε ότι θα μειωθεί το psa? μπορεί να είναι κάτι σοβαρό έτσι ξαφνικά?
