Να ανησυχώ για φλεγμονώδη ψευδοπολύποδα χωρίς δυσπλασία;
Αφαίρεσα πολύποδα στο περιφερικό ορθό 2 μέχρι 3 χιλιοστά και η βιοψία λέει λευκοφαιό ιστοτεμάχιο και η ιστολογική εξέταση όπου παρατηρούνται αλλοιώσεις ως επί φλεγμονώδους ψευδοπολύποδα αποτελούμενες κυρίως από φλεγμαινόντα κοκκιώδη ιστό με αιμορραγικές διαποτίσεις Στοιχεία επιθηλιακής δυσπλασίας ή κακοήθειας δεν παρατηρήθηκαν ο γαστρεντερολόγος μου είπε τον έκοψε. Να ανησυχώ είναι επικίνδυνο και μετά από τέσσερα έτη να κάνω κολονοσκόπηση??????

Πολύποδες τόσο μικροί αφαιρούνται με την λαβίδα της βιοψίας.
Δεν υπάρχει κάτι ανησυχητικό κ θα πρέπει να κάνετε επανέλεγχο σε πέντε έτη εάν δεν βρέθηκε άλλος πολύποδας στην κολονοσκόπηση.

Ο πολύποδας αυτός είναι από εκείνους που δεν εξελίσσονται σε καρκίνο. Το μόνο που μοορεί να προκαλούσε ήταν αιμορραγία στα κόπρανα. Οπότεκαμία ανησυχία και να ξανακάνετε κολονοσκόπηση όποτε σας είπε ο γιατρός σας.
