Αφαίρεση σιγμοειδούς πολύποδα 0,8 εκ. με κολονοσκόπηση ή χειρουργείο;
Καλησπέρα σας. Βρέθηκε στην κολονοσκόπηση, Σιγμοειδές πολύποδας εντέρου 0,8 εκατοστά. Νεοεξεργασία παχέος εντέρου. Η ερώτησή μου είναι η εξής: θα μπορούσε να αφαιρεθεί με την κολονοσκόπηση ή χρειάζεται χειρουργείο; Ευχαριστώ

Άλλο πολύποδας άλλο νεοεξεργασία. Νεοεξεργασία σημαίνει καρκίνος, αλλά καρκίνος σε ένα μικρό πολυποδάκι 8 χιλιοστά είναι απίθανο. Κάτι δεν μου γράφετε σωστά.

Αφαιρειτε κολονοσκοπικα αν εχει λεπτο μισχο. Λογικα θα πρεπει να στον ειχαν αφαιρεσει με την κολονοσκοπηση ηδη.

Ασήμαντος πολύποδας,που οι περισσότεροι γαστρεντερολόγοι μπορούν να τον αφαιρέσουν. Αν ο δικός σας δεν μπόρεσε να πάτε σε άλλον.Δεν χρειάζεται επέμβαση
