Καλησπέρα είμαι 27 χρόνων με ΣΠΩ και προσπαθούμε για μωράκι εδώ και ένα χρόνο,έχω άστατη περίοδο συνηθως με duphaston μου έρχεται περιοδος,εχω ξεκινήσει διατροφή και γυμναστική αλλα δυστυχώς ακόμη θετικό τεστ δεν έχουμε δει. Ο γυναικολόγος επιμένει ότι μόνο με διατροφή θα φτιάξει.
