Πυρετός σε παιδί 3,5 ετών παρά την αντιβίωση: Πότε βελτίωση;

Η κόρη μου 3,5 ετών, εδώ και 5 μέρες έχει υψηλό πυρετό σχεδόν κάθε 5-6 ώρες,ξεκίνησε αντιβίωση κ από τη πρώτη δόση που πήρε πρωί βφαδυ ,ο πυρετος υψηλός συνεχίζεται, πότε ξεκινώ να δω υποχώρηση του πυρετού με την αντιβίωση?
