Η μητέρα μου έχει φλεγμονή στον πνεύμονα και πυρετό παρά την αντιβίωση;
Η Μητέρα μου είναι στο νοσοκομείο και μας είπαν για μια φλεγμονή στον πνεύμονα αλλά δεν βρήκαν κάποιον ιό παίρνει αντιβίωση δύο μέρες αλλά από το μεσημέρι και μετά ανεβάζει πάλι πυρετό περίπου 38.5 αυτό σημαίνει ότι δεν ανταποκρίνεται στην αντιβίωση;

Πρώτον τα αντιβιοτικά δεν δουλεύουν στους ιούς, χρειάζονται γι' αυτούς ειδικά αντιϊκά φάρμακο. Άρα αντιβιοτικά σας έδωσαν επειδή δεν βρήκαν ιό. Ένα ότι το ανοσοποιητικό της μητέρας σας παρά το αντιβιοτικό είναι δυνατόν να μην είναι λόγω ηλικίας τόσο ισχυρό, και δεύτερο, τα περισσότερα αντιβιοτικά δρουν μετά από την τρίτη συνήθως ημέρα, που κάνουν επίπεδα όπως λέμε. Από το διάστημα αυτό και μετά λοιπόν ενδέχεται σε συνδυασμό με αντιπυρετικά, να υποχωρεί η κατάσταση. Εάν καθόλου δεν υποχωρεί, θα πάτε σε κέντρο υγείας η νοσοκομείο για ενδοφλέβια φάρμακα. Αυτό εννοείται εάν καμμία ανταπόκριση δεν φανεί.
