Καλημέρα, είμαι ωκεανογράφος και θα συμμετάσχω σε ερευνητική αποστολή μέσα σε νορβηγικό ερευνητικό πλοίο. Μου ζητείται να έχω μαζί μου συγκεκριμένο πιστοποιητικό υγείας (έτοιμη φόρμα που απαιτεί συμπλήρωση), υπογεγραμμένο από ειδικό ναυτικό παθολόγο ιατρό (approved seafarers doctor).
