Καλή σας ημέρα,έβγαλα πέρσι πιστοποιητικο υγειας το έδωσα στην εταιρεία μου και το έχασαν πως μπορώ να το επανέκδοσω,σας ευχαριστώ

Το πιστοποιητικό υγείας μπορεί να επανεκδοθεί από την υγειονομική αρχή έκδοσης του, δηλαδή από εκεί που το βγάλατε (εάν υπάρχει αρχείο βέβαια). Αλλιώς θα πρέπει να επαναλάβετε την διαδικασία από την αρχή.

Δεν υπάρχει επανέκδοση. Τα πιστοποιητικά είναι όλα πρωτότυπα. Η εταιρεία είναι υπεύθυνη με δικά της έξοδα (εφ'όσον αυτή το έχασε) για την έκδοση νέου.
