Καλημέρα σας Έχω ασβεστιουρια 321 mg στα ούρα 24ωρου παρόλο που παίρνω 1 χάπι diouren την ημέρα. Τι να κάνω; Ευχαριστώ

Καλησπέρα σας καλό το φάρμακο που περνετε αλλά χρειάζεται να το βοηθήσετε και εσείς όπως με διατροφή (αποφυγή τροφών με οξαλικά όπως:σπανάκι,παντζάρια,ξηρούς καρπούς,σοκολάτα),περιορισμός αλατιού γιατί αυξάνει την αποβολή ασβεστίου στα ούρα,μετριασμό της κατανάλωσης τροφών με ασβέστιο όπως γαλακτοκομικά και οποιοδήποτε αυξάνει κατανάλωση νερού περίπου 2 λίτρα ημερησίως.Καλη επιτυχία και ευχαριστώ πολύ.
