Σε triplex νεφρών που έκανα βρέθηκε πέτρα στη χολή 1,60 εκ. Χωρίς κανένα συμπτώμα... μου είπαν για αφαίρεση. .ποια η γνώμη σας ;;; ευχαριστώ

  • Καλησπέρα σας, είτε μικροί είναι οι λίθοι είτε μεγάλοι έχουν επικινδυνοτητα γιατί αν είναι μικροί μεταφέρονται από τον κυστικο πόρο στην εκβολή χοληδοχου πόρου και παγρεατικου και να δημιουργήσουν παγρεατιτιδα αν είναι μεγάλοι όπως ο δικός σας λιθος μπορούν να σφυνοσουν στην είσοδο της χοληδοχου κύστεως και να δημιουργήσουν οξεία φλεγμονή Χολοκυστιτιδα. Οπότε συμφωνώ για το χειρουργείο λαπαροσκοπικα είναι το πιο απλό χειρουργείο.
