Πόνος στο αριστερό νεφρό με E. coli: Είναι πυελονεφρίτιδα;
Γειά σας, εδώ και 4 μέρες έχω πόνο έντονο στο αριστερό νεφρό, με θετική καλλιέργεια στην e coli (>10^5) πυοσφαίρια 60 και ερυθρά αιμοσφαίρια 50. Ο ουρολόγος μου είπε ότι '' πιθανόν'' είναι ουρολοίμωξη και μου έγραψε bactrimel και στο νοσοκομείο που πήγα είδαν απλά τη γενική ούρων που είχα κάνει μόνη μου και μου είπαν ότι είναι ουρολοίμωξη, χωρίς να μου κάνουν κάποιον υπέρηχο και μου χορήγησαν norocin για 7 ημέρες. Τα συμπτώματα συχνοουρία, τσούξιμο και αιματουρία μειώθηκαν και πλέον δεν τα παρατηρώ αλλά οι πόνοι στο αριστερό νεφρό μετά από 3 μέρες με norocin είναι οι ίδιοι. Παίρνω ντεπόν επίσης για να ηρεμήσω και μου περνάει αλλά μόλις περάσει η επίδραση με πιάνουν αφόρητοι πόνοι. Δεν έχω πυρετήσει όμως μέχρι 37,2 έχω φτάσει. Τι μου λέτε να κάνω; υπάρχει περίπτωση να είναι πυελονεφρίτιδα;; σας ευχαριστώ!!

Καλημέρα σας ή πύελο νεφρίτιδα κάνει υψηλό πυρετό να κάνετε ένα υπέρηχο νεφρών μήπως εκτός του μικροβίου συνυπάρχει και λίθος.Ελπίζω να βοήθησα. Ευχαριστώ πολύ
