Πέτρα 23mm στο δεξί νεφρό: Εξωσωματική λιθοτριψία ή pigtail;
Καλησπέρα έγινε αξονική και βρέθηκε πέτρα 23mm στο δεξί νεφρό μπορεί να σπάσει με εξωσωματική λιθοτριψία ?και αν πρέπει να μπει pigtail ευχαριστώ

Καλησπέρα σας μπορεί να σπάσει με λιθοτριψία .Για το αν θα μπει pigtail δεν μπορώ να σας απαντήσω γιατί δεν γνωρίζω σε ποιο μέρος του νεφρού βρίσκεται αν έχετε εικόνα υδρονέφρωσης ή αν δημιουργεί ο λίθος αποφρακτα φαινόμενα.Καλη επιτυχία και Ευχαριστώ πολύ
