Αυξημένες CPK και LDH σε κολικό νεφρού: Χρειάζεται περαιτέρω έλεγχος;
Γειά σας. Σε επίσκεψή μου στα επείγοντα για κολικό του νεφρού και στον εργαστηριακό έλεγχο βρέθηκαν αυξημένες η Κινάση Κρεατινίνης CPK-199 και η Γαλακτική Αφυδρογονάση -558. Τα υπόλοιπα σε φυσιολογικές τιμές. Μόνο αιματουρία στα ούρα λόγω της πέτρας. Θα πρέπει να υπάρξει περαιτέρω έλεγχος?? Ευχαριστώ

Καλημέρα σας λόγω της αιματουρία αυξήσατε λίγο και την CPK και την γαλακτική αφυδρογονάση κατά την γνώμη μου πρέπει να περιμένετε να υποχωρήσει η αιματουρία και να επαναλάβετε τις εξετάσεις.Για να επιτευχθεί πιο γρήγορα αυτό πολύ νερό 2-3 λίτρα ημερησίως και να παρακολουθείτε για τυχόν πυρετό,κολικό ή μυική αδυναμία.Ελπίζω να σας βοήθησα. Ευχαριστώ πολύ
